MyPSD.org is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit healthcare provider — not a registry. Every evaluation is conducted by a Licensed Clinical Doctor using HIPAA-compliant clinical assessments. We do not sell registrations or IDs without clinical evaluation. There is no government registry for service dogs, and no website can make your animal a service dog. Legitimate documentation requires a real clinical evaluation by a licensed professional.

The screening is a free, anonymous 3-minute questionnaire about your mental health and how an animal helps you. If the screening suggests you may qualify, a Licensed Clinical Doctor reviews your situation. If approved, you receive same-day personalized documentation. You only pay if approved. If you do not qualify, you pay nothing.
