Most clients receive their documentation the same day. After your Licensed Clinical Doctor completes the evaluation, your letters and forms are available immediately in your dashboard to view, download, or email.
Yes. The 3-minute screening is completely free and anonymous. No account is required. It helps determine if you may qualify for a support animal or service dog. There is no obligation after completing the screening.
Log in to your account at go.mypsd.org or through the TheraPetic app. Your documents are available under 'My Documents' in your dashboard. You can view, download, or email them directly.
We offer three packages: Basic ($99) includes your clinical evaluation and core documentation. Premium ($149) includes additional letters and forms. Ultimate ($199) is our most comprehensive package with the full documentation suite. Canadian pricing: Basic $140 CAD, Premium $210 CAD, Ultimate $280 CAD.
Yes. TheraPetic is operated by the TheraPetic Healthcare Provider Group, a network of separately incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. We have been serving families across the United States and Canada since 2016, with over 50,000 people served and a 4.9-star rating.
You can renew through your dashboard at go.mypsd.org or through the TheraPetic app. Check the Extras tab in the app for Scratch & Save renewal discounts. Your documentation is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
On the login screen at go.mypsd.org or in the TheraPetic app, tap 'Forgot Password?' and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at help@mypsd.org.
