No. Not everyone qualifies, and that’s by design. Our licensed clinical doctors conduct genuine clinical evaluations — not rubber stamps. If your screening indicates that documentation isn’t appropriate, we’ll let you know honestly. You’ll never be charged unless you qualify and choose to proceed.

No. You do not need an existing diagnosis from another doctor. Our licensed clinical doctors will evaluate your situation fresh during the screening process. Common qualifying conditions include anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic disorder, phobias, ADHD, insomnia, and many others.

The screening is always free. If you qualify, documentation packages start at $99 (Basic), $149 (Premium), and $199 (Ultimate). The Ultimate package adds a holographic ID card, medal tag, and identifying leash. For Canadian residents, packages are $140 CAD, $210 CAD, and $280 CAD.

Generally, no. The Fair Housing Act (FHA) requires landlords to make reasonable accommodations for service dogs and support animals — even in “no pets” buildings. They cannot charge pet deposits or pet rent. They can request documentation from a licensed healthcare provider, but they cannot ask about your specific diagnosis.

Yes — if your dog is a trained service dog (including psychiatric service dogs). The ADA gives service dogs full public access rights. They cannot ask for papers or demand a demonstration. Note: support animals do not have ADA public access rights.
